Paul Capua Places Third in the Gran Route (95-mile) Event of the Cycling Race Series, Gran Fondo National Series

Capua Law participated as the Presenting Sponsor of the cycling race series, Gran Fondo National Series (GFNS), in Boone, NC on August 4. Founding Attorney, Paul Capua, placed third in the Gran Route (95-mile) event for his age group! After the race, the Capua Law team served Italian wine-based cocktails, commonly known as a spritz, on behalf of the Garda Bike Hotel.

The Gran Fondo National Series® was born of a desire to combine the best aspects of bike racing and social rides, and create events that are fun, challenging, competitive, and inclusive. Our unique timed-segment format gives cyclists of different levels the opportunity to ride together, race each other, regroup to swap stories and enjoy the scenery in some of the nation’s finest cycling destinations.

Gran Fondo National Series has managed and produced more than 60 gran fondos including the Gran Fondo National Championship since 2012, when the series was first established. Today this national championship, which utilizes a time section format, is officially recognized by the America’s governing body of Olympic cycling and is recognized as the official USA Cycling Gran Fondo National Championships.
