Capua Law has teamed up with Carolinas AGC (CAGC), a construction trade association made up of contractors and construction-related firms that perform work in North Carolina and South Carolina. Together, we will provide an informational session for members to both learn and engage. Join us for a presentation and open forum on COVID-19 Liability. The Capua Law team will give an overview of the legislative protections that have been passed and to speak on contracting best practices to plan for liability.
CAGC is a chapter of the AGC of America (AGC) and the American Road & Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA). Their members are both small and large general contractors, specialty contractors, material/equipment suppliers, and service providers.
