Natalia Lynn TalbotNatalia Lynn Talbot comes to Capua Law Firm with over a decade of legal experience, working in criminal prosecution, bankruptcy litigation, commercial litigation, and federal appellate litigation. After graduating from Boston College Law School in the top third of her class, Natalia began her career as Assistant District Attorney for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, acting as lead counsel in hundreds of criminal cases.  From there, she was a Federal Law Clerk under the Honorable W. Carleton Metcalf, U.S. Magistrate Judge in the Western District of North Carolina (Asheville Division). More recently, Ms. Talbot comes to our Asheville offices by way of Winston-Salem, where she was an Associate with Waldrep Wall Babcock and Bailey, focusing on Litigation and Bankruptcy Matters.  She is conversant in German and is active in the legal community, serving on the Board of Directors for BarCARES and as a NC Bar Pro Bono Society Inductee in 2022. Outside of work, Natalia enjoys trail running and spending time with her two sons and husband.
