Last week, Paul Capua gave a presentation on “A Practitioner’s Perspective on International Arbitration” for the North Carolina Bar Associations‘ International Practice Section Seminar in Charlotte, North Carolina. With over 20 years of experience in International litigation and arbitration, Paul Capua discussed his experiences in this ever-changing, complex field and gave insight as to the trends and best practices for handling these types of cases. Topics included case studies, litigation v. arbitration, arbitration jurisdictions and societies, and enforcement of awards, among others. Hosted by the Charlotte School of Law in downtown Charlotte, North Carolina, this seminar was well attended by both experienced NCBA attorneys and Charlotte law students.
